Club Fees & Dues

GOLF MEMBERSHIPS

Junior: $150.00
Individual: $730.00
Married/Social: $880.00
Married/Full: $1,030.00
Family: $1,180.00
Out of county: ½ regular rate

Family is defined as husband and wife and all unmarried dependent children under the age of 23 or attending college full time or in the military.

Dues are annual.  A member is required to pay dues by April 1st.  When joining after August 15th, the next year’s dues are to be paid in full, and the member is granted full club privileges for the remainder of the year.

If a member does not pay dues by April 1st, membership privileges may be suspended. To rejoin, a member must bring any past due account current. Any unpaid amounts shall become a lien against the member’s stock, and no transfer will be approved until past due amounts are paid.

New Members

Equity Requirement: 3 shares of stock first year and 2 additional shares by April 1st of the following year. One Stock Certificate will be issued upon meeting required equity.

New member is defined as not being a member for five years.

Dues: 70% of normal dues in first year. Normal dues amount to be paid beginning in year two (2).

Social Memberships

Equity Requirement: 3 shares of stock

Individual Dues: $235.00
Married Dues: $365.00
Out of county ½ regular rate

Out of County Memberships

Equity Requirement: 3 shares of stock first year and 2 additional shares by April 1st of the following year.

  • Must NOT have a residence in Custer County (own or rent)
  • Dues are 50% of normal dues

Junior Memberships

Dues:$150.00 per year.

Junior is defined as high school student and younger.

Additional Information

Stock in the Miles City Town & Country Club may be purchased from the Club Manager at $100.00 per share.  Stock Certificates transferred between individual stockholders will be assessed $25.00 fee per transaction, and must have Board approval.

Membership year is from January l though December 31.  Dues, plus any past monies due for shares, cart storage, use-it-or-lose-it fees, etc. must be paid before club privileges are instituted.

Use-it-or-Lose-it is $300.00 per year.

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES

MEN’S LEAGUES
Thursday Afternoon and Evening:  Men’s golf league in the summer months and Men’s Bridge League during the winter.

LADIES’ LEAGUES
Bridge League 2nd and 4th Monday afternoon during the winter months.
Golf Leagues Wednesday 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

MIXED GOLF LEAGUE
Tuesday evening, 5:30 p.m.

COWTOWN ROUNDUP
Men’s Invitational Tournament every June

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

PRESIDENTS CUP

ROOM RENT WAIVER
Rent for use of club for personal events, weddings, receptions etc are waived for members in good standing.

DINNERS, DANCES AND EVENTS
As planned by the Social Committee throughout the year.

CHARGING PRIVILEGES
Members in good standing have charging privileges throughout the clubhouse, however, if member is more than 30-days past due on account, interest shall be charged at the rate of 18% per annum on the amount past due. If member is more than 60 days past due, membership privileges may be suspended until the member’s account is brought current.

USE-IT-OR-LOSE-IT FEES
$300 annually

OTHER PRIVILEGES
Cart storage sheds available to golf members only.
Club storage and lockers available to members.  Contact Pro Shop personnel.
Private cart usage on course limited to members only. Private cart usage $100.00 per year . Trail fee for each private cart is $250.00 per year.  Cart Shed Storage rental is $250.00 per year.
